Perfect for eggs, light batters, whipped cream, and more. This is a quick way to whip or beat any liquid without having to get out your hand mixer or dirty up your stand mixer. I use it all the time for making scrambled eggs and quiche.
Breville Handy Mix Scraper Hand Mixer
Small enough to be easy to handle, but is a true workhorse!
I had purchased a new hand mixer about a year ago. It was a model that was highly recommended by a leading cooking magazine. I could never get it to fully whip heavy cream, and it would not successfully whip egg whites for meringues. This mixer does all that and more! It's strong and very quiet. I couldn't be happier with it. Once again, Breville suits us the very best!
